Jeffrey Rosen BSc FRICS FSAC ACI Arb, is a RICS Registered Valuer and highly experienced property professional, the practice has built a strong reputation for working across complex projects in Central London and throughout the UK. With a career spanning senior leadership roles in both the private and charitable sectors, Jeffrey combines technical expertise with a pragmatic, client-focused approach.
We advise a wide range of clients, including private individuals, family trusts, charities and corporate organisations, supporting them across all aspects of property – from valuation, landlord and tenant matters, and estates management, to project co-ordination, development and strategic asset management. Our experience covers both refurbishment and new-build schemes, often within challenging or sensitive environments where careful navigation and clear communication are essential for a successful outcome.

Charitable & Community Involvement
Alongside his professional work, Jeffrey has maintained a long-standing commitment to charitable and community organisations. He has served as a main board member and consultant to major UK charities, contributed as a trustee and supported a range of community initiatives over many years.
His involvement has included advising on property strategy and service delivery for organisations supporting elderly and vulnerable individuals, helping to improve facilities and drive operational efficiencies. In addition, Jeffrey has volunteered his time in pastoral and advisory roles, including work within hospitals, prisons and the Royal Courts of Justice.
This experience reflects a strong sense of responsibility beyond the commercial sector and an ability to bring the same level of care, integrity and strategic thinking to organisations focused on social impact.
