Paul Jeffries LLP have over 30 years of specialist experience in both residential and commercial property.  Property management involves handling property inspections from major to minor repairs, as well as taking care of:-
  • Dealing with tenants applications to assign, underlet and alter premises;
  • Fit-out works, refurbishments of all major building works and re-letting vacant properties;
  • Advising on redevelopment, refurbishment and alternative uses;
  • Dealing with Insurance Valuations, arranging insurance and collecting premiums;
  • Preparing and dealing with maintenance budgets;
  • Arranging Health & Safety, DDA, Asbestos, Fire and other Statutory Surveys and Audits;
  • Preparing, serving and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations and wants of repair and settling Claims for  Damages;
  • Contract Service and Maintenance outsourcing and delivery;
  • Supervising the tenancies and enforcing  covenants;
  • Setting, managing and collecting service charges and other related costs;
